Conveyors

We produce five different types of conveyor. They are characterized by their high durability and long service life. We will recommend the appropriate type according to the type of stone, products or semi-products and the degree of stress.

For maximum time and cost savings we adjust their length to the shop floor layout and organization of space. We ensure the smooth and safe operation of your splitting lines.

Steel link conveyors

Robust design and special reinforced chains meet the requirements for demanding stone splitting operations. For smaller stone block loading we manufacture them with barriers or spill plates (hoppers). We produce both single and double belt conveyors based on their purpose and use. We divide them by type of loading: light, heavy and extra heavy duty.

Roller conveyors

Roller conveyors are produced for easier loading and transport of cut slabs and stones of regular shape. For the transport of irregular stones for which a conveyor is not suitable, we prefer steel link conveyors.

Polyurethane belt conveyors

We produce polyurethane belt conveyors for cut slab splitting lines. Their advantage is the precise shifting of slabs.

Waste conveyors

Waste conveyors significantly facilitate and accelerate cleaning of the work area. They reduce the risk of injury and equipment damage. They move slowly, but continuously, through a channel built below the splitting line. They catch all the debris caused by splitting and shifting of the stone. Two types: Rubber belt conveyors and Scraper conveyors

Rubber belt conveyors

We supply them with splitting lines for the production of paving stones. The belts move under the main conveyors and there are slides that lead to them from the splitters. The operator can thus clean the splitter table by sweeping the waste stone into the channel, where the rubber belt is placed.

Scraper conveyors

We place the scraper conveyors in a pre-prepared concrete channel under the SLP splitting line (the splitting line for processing large stone blocks). The stone debris is removed by a push bar.
